Congratulations to Gregorio H. Hinojos of Raytheon Technologies, winner of the 2021 HENAAC Award for Most Promising Engineer with a Master’s degree!
In his relatively short time at Raytheon Technologies, Gregorio has risen from an individual contributor to a Principal Software Engineer and Subject Matter Expert in the Strategic Missile Defense Mission area and the Software Products Engineering center. His work is critical to the Exo-Atmospheric Kill Vehicle program, the piece of the puzzle that destroys incoming ballistic missiles in space, providing our nation with its first line of defense in the event of a ballistic missile attack.
Gregorio is an active member of the Hispanic Organization for Leadership and Advancement (HOLA) Employee Resource Group at Raytheon Technologies. One of Greg’s main contributions to HOLA was establishing a link between the group’s leadership and the company’s talent acquisition team to promote and highlight HOLA’s important role in recruiting.
Gregorio Hinojos will be featured at the Awards Showcase on Friday, October 22, 2021 during the 2021 GMiS Conference.
