GMiS Congratulates Dr. Lauren M. Jackson of Dow Chemical for her selection as a 2021 HENAAC Award Winner!
Since she joined Dow as an Analytical Manager in 2017, Dr. Jackson has rapidly impacted Dow’s Process Analytical Technology and provided Technical Leadership to some of Dow’s highest value projects. She has also provided great leadership in Dow’s STEM outreach efforts and Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Mid-Michigan. Additionally, she is actively involved in global STEM outreach and mentors students globally. In her current role, Dr. Jackson leads diverse global multidisciplinary teams performing process analytical work across Dow, specializing in Analyzer Engineering on capital projects. She’s tasked with creating and managing multi-million-dollar Process Analytical & Laboratory Analytical portfolios. She is an active member of Dow’s Hispanic & Latin Network. She also mentors several Hispanic Researchers through the ACS Fellow’s Program.
Dr. Jackson will be featured at the professional awards showcase on Tuesday, October 19th, during week two of the GMiS Conference.
